DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the nonparty-appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, to stay the sale of the subject premises, and to enjoin the respondent from interfering with its use, possession, and quiet enjoyment of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 14, 2017.
