Motion by the appellant, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order of this Court dated February 15, 2017, which dismissed an appeal from order of the Court of Claims, dated November 18, 2014, for failure to timely perfect, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
