| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by N.C. Vitrano, Jr., and Tariq Auto Service, Inc., to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 24, 2016, and August 9, 2016, respectively. Application by N.C. Vitrano, Jr., and Tariq Auto Service, Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal from the order dated August 9, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the application are granted, and, on the Court's own motion, the time to perfect the appeal from the order June 24, 2016, is enlarged; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before July 27, 2017, N.C. Vitrano, Jr., and Tariq Auto Service, Inc., shall serve and file a joint record or appendix and a brief containing their points of argument on the appeal from the order dated August 9, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before August 28, 2017, Dean A. Bailey shall serve and file a brief containing his points of argument on the appeal from the order dated June 24, 2016, and responding to the brief filed by N.C. Vitrano, Jr., and Tariq Auto Service, Inc.; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before September 27, 2017, Israel R. Herrera and Apgar Trans, LLC, shall serve and file their respondents' brief, if any; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 13, 2017, N.C. Vitrano, Jr., and Tariq Auto Service, Inc., shall serve and file a reply brief, if any; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 30, 2017, Dean A. Bailey shall serve and file a reply brief, if any.
