| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 90-day enlargement of time to perfect appeals from three decisions of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 9, 2016, July 29, 2016, and August 9, 2016, respectively, and three orders and judgments (one paper each), dated August 15, 2016, September 8, 2016, and September 13, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the decisions (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2016-10834, 2016-10835, 2016-10836), are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies from a decision (see Schicchi v J.A. Green Constr. Co., 100 AD2d 509); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders and judgments is granted to the extent that the appellant's time to perfect those appeals is enlarged until August 7, 2017, the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and that branch of the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is otherwise denied as academic.
