| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 5, 2016, and October 7, 2016, respectively, to consolidate those appeals with an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated November 21, 2016, and to remove Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP, as co-counsel for the respondents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals and to consolidate the appeals are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals from the orders is enlarged until September 9, 2017, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief shall be served and file on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary.
