2017-02182 In the Matter of Hasshan Frazier, appellant, v New York City Housing Authority, respondent. (Index No. 13251/13)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by the petitioner purportedly from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated October 21, 2016. By order to show cause dated March 13, 2017, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the notice of appeal was not in compliance with CPLR 5515.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (CPLR 5515).
RIVERA, J.P., MALTESE, BARROS and BRATHWAITE NELSON, JJ., concur.
