Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered July 29, 2015, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 30, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered January 20, 2017, inter alia, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
