Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that U.S. Bank, N.A., as legal title trustee for Truman 2012 SC2 Title Trust, is substituted for the respondent, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 7, 2017, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
