Ilana Cohen-Zad, Respondent, v Thomas Thompson, Appellant, et al., Occupants.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Sixth District, entered November 13, 2014, to stay enforcement of the final judgment's monetary award.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant deposit with the court below the sum of $11,905 within 10 days of the date of this decision and order on motion with proof of the deposit to be filed with this court within one business day after the making of the deposit; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that any the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay on three days' notice.
