Motion by the respondent on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 4, 2014, to dismiss the appeal taken by the defendants Jonathan Rosenzweig and Diversified Agency, Inc., on the ground that they are not aggrieved.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal taken by the defendants Jonathan Rosenzweig and Diversified Agency, Inc., is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5701; Mixon v TBV, Inc., 76 AD3d 144).
