DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Abdul Q. Awan from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 24, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 3, 2017, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material within 30 days after the date of the decision and order on motion. The appellant has failed to file the affidavit or affirmation.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 3, 2017 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]).
