| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion dated March 8, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, which granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered December 15, 2015, under Indictment No. 126/14, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are also being granted with respect to an appeal from a judgment of the same court also rendered December 15, 2015, under Indictment No. 41/14 and to reflect that the appeals are consolidated.
MASTRO, J.P., LEVENTHAL, AUSTIN and ROMAN, JJ., concur.
