Respondent-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on December 28, 2015, and March 4, 2016, and to consolidate the appeals,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of David J. Pajak, Esq., dated May 5, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Charles D. Halvorsen, Esq., dated May 11, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to vacate the dismissal of the appeals is granted on condition that the appeals are perfected on or before July 31, 2017, and
If is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted.
