Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on June 23, 2016, and August 9, 2016, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Justin F. Brotherton, Esq., sworn to May 9, 2017, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
