Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment and an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on July 21, 2016, and August 29, 2016,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Frank A. Aloi, Esq., dated May 25, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Maureen A. Pineau, Esq., dated June 9, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 18, 2017, is hereby amended by deleting the date May 30, 2017, and inserting in its place the date July 31, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal No. 2 is granted, and appellant shall perfect the appeal on or before July 31, 2017, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
