Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 28, 2015, to extend his time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 21, 2017, which granted that branch of his prior motion which was for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before 11 a.m. on June 19, 2017, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the reply papers filed in connection with the motion that was determined by the order dated May 28, 2015.
