| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 9, 2016. Cross motion by the respondents to impose a sanction upon the appellant, for an award of costs and an attorney's fee, and to preclude the appellant from making further motions for provisional relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
