ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeal by Qazzafi Whyen from a "[d]ecision and [o]rder of the Honorable Connie Gonzalez, J.F.C."

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that appellant is directed (1) to show cause before this Court why the appeal should or should not be dismissed on the ground that the notice of appeal is not in compliance with CPLR 5515, as it fails to identify the order appealed from, by serving and filing an affidavit or affirmation on that issue with the Clerk of this Court on or before July 10, 2017, or (2), if so advised, to make a motion pursuant to CPLR 5520 to correct the description of the order appealed from in the notice of appeal on or before July 10, 2017; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause on the parties by regular mail.
