Motion by the respondent Sunrise Electrical Services, LLC, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to Executive Law § 298, which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered March 31, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 25, 2017, and movant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
