On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated May 12, 2017, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered May 31, 2011, is amended by adding after the decretal paragraph thereof the following:
"; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file a brief in response, if any, to the appellant's supplemental brief on or before July 17, 2017, and the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before August 4, 2017."
