ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated June 8, 2017, in the above-entitled action, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated June 23, 2016, is amended by deleting from third paragraph thereof the date "June 21, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "June 21, 2017."
