| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motions by the appellants in Matter No. 1 and separate motion by the appellants in Matter No. 2, in effect, to consolidate appeals from two orders and judgments (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered August 18, 2016, for leave to file a joint record or appendix on the appeals, and to enlarge the time to perfect their respective appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are, in effect, to consolidate the appeals and for leave to file a joint record or appendix on the appeals are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to enlarge the time to perfect each of the appeals are granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until July 19, 2017.
