| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioner-appellant on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Orange County, dated October 10, 2013, and November 22, 2013, respectively, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 17, 2016, to direct the objectant-respondent to produce certain documents, and for an award of costs in connection with the motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the objectant-respondent to produce certain documents is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Surrogate's Court, Orange County; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
