On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 25, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judicial surrender executed in the Family Court, Dutchess County, is amended by (1) deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "April 12, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "April 12, 2017," and (2) deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "April 12, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "April 12, 2017."
