| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Joseph Fisher from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 1, 2017. By order to show cause dated April 11, 2017, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the order was not appealable as of right and leave to appeal had not been granted.

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 460.15).
