Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered April 25, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the order of dismissal is vacated, and it is further
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted and appellant shall perfect the appeal no later than July 14, 2017. No further enlargements should be granted.
