Motion by respondent to dismiss an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated June 21, 2016, or, in the alternative, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order of this court dated November 14, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to dismiss the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to vacate the stay is granted and the stay is vacated.
