DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to consolidate an appeal from a decision of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, dated November 25, 2016 (appeal No. 2017-148 K C), with an appeal from an order of the same court dated January 3, 2017 (appeal No. 2017-695 K C).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are consolidated under appeal No. 2017-148 K C; and it is further,
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that an enlargement of time to perfect the consolidated appeal is granted and the consolidated appeal shall be perfected by August 4, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the consolidated appeal is not perfected on or before August 4, 2017, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the consolidated appeal, or respondent may move to dismiss the consolidated appeal on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
