Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to clarify a decision and order of this Court dated April 12, 2017, which determined appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 21, 2014, and December 23, 2014, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered April 27, 2015, or, in the alternative, for leave to reargue the appeals or for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order dated April 12, 2017.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
