Appeals by Administration for Children's Services from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 6, 2017, and April 11, 2017, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Ian C. Berliner, Esq., dated June 13, 2017, it is

ORDERED that the respondent Noah Ortiz is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals on behalf of Noah Ortiz:

(1) the respondent Noah Ortiz is interested in responding to the appeal, or

(2) the respondent Noah Ortiz is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he or she has been unable to contact the respondent, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
