Appeals by Administration for Children's Services from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 6, 2017, and April 11, 2017, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Ian C. Berliner, Esq., dated June 13, 2017, it is
