Counsel for appellant having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a supplemental brief on the appeal taken from a judgment of Onondaga County Court, rendered April 29, 2014,
Now upon reading and filing the affirmation of Mary P. Davidson, Esq. dated June 2, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that counsel for appellant shall file 10 copies of a supplemental brief, with proof of service of one copy on the People pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.3 (f), on or before July 10, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that respondent shall file a brief in response to the supplemental brief, if any, on or before August 9, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to file and serve a reply brief is extended to August 24, 2017.
