Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 25, 2017, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that so much of a temporary restraining order of this Court dated June 2, 2017, as granted relief pending hearing and determination of the appeal is vacated forthwith.
