Application by the respondents Melvin Berlin and Scott Berlin pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 7, 2016. Separate application by the respondents Dimitrios Mastrogiannis and LI Maternal Fetal Care Medicine, P.C., for a 30-day enlargement of time to serve and file their brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application by the respondents Melvin Berlin and Scott Berlin is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 5, 2017, and the applicants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application by the respondents Dimitrios Mastrogiannis and LI Maternal Fetal Care Medicine, P.C., is granted to the extent that those applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 17, 2017, the brief of those applicants' shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied. .
