Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to direct the Public Administrator of Richmond County to retain the subject estate proceeds and make no distribution of the proceeds, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Richmond County, dated April 10, 2017, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
