Appeal by Jill Friedman, and separate appeal by Jonathan Rosenzweig and Diversified Agency, Inc., from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 30, 2016, and appeal by Jonathan Rosenzweig and Diversified Agency, Inc., from a judgment of the same court dated January 17, 2017.

ORDERED that the notice of appeal by Jill Friedman from the order dated November 30, 2016, is deemed also to be a notice of appeal from the judgment dated January 17, 2017 (see CPLR 5501[c]).
