| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Joint motion by JPMorgan Chase, N.A., and Howard Lester and Patricia Lester on appeals from three orders of the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, dated July 20, 2016, August 25, 2016, and April 18, 2017, respectively, and a cross appeal from the order dated August 25, 2016, to stay enforcement of the order dated April 18, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal and to direct the Surrogate's Court, Queens County, to hold an immediate trial, or, in the alternative, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order dated July 20, 2016, and the appeal and cross appeal from the order dated August 25, 2016, and to enlarge the record in connection with the appeal from the order dated April 18, 2017, to include the briefs filed in connection with the appeals and cross appeal from the orders dated July 20, 2016, and August 25, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
