Motion by the respondents City of New York and Steven Banks, and separate motion by the respondent Samaritan Daytop Village Inc., for leave to appeal to this Court from an order to show cause of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 16, 2017, and an order of the same court dated May 18, 2017, and to stay enforcement of the order to show cause and the order dated May 18, 2017, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are for leave to appeal are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
