In the Matter of Alexis P. (Anonymous),

Motion by Kevin R. to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated September 20, 2016, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, Christopher Robles, 471 54th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11220 (718)492-3600, counsel assigned to prosecute the appeals by separate orders on certification of this Court each dated October 17, 2016, is relieved of the assignments and directed to turn over all papers to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as new counsel to prosecute the appeals:

and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing a brief on the appeals is enlarged until July 31, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
