Respondents Duzmor Painting, Inc., Circular Hill, Inc., Peter McQuillen, and Judith McQuillen having moved to dismiss the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Genesee on March 10, 2015 (docket No. CA 15-01183), and March 16, 2017 (docket No. CA 17-01077), on the ground that appellants failed to perfect timely the appeals,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from the order enter March 16, 2017, is dismissed without further order unless the appeal is perfected on or before August 15, 2017, and the motion is otherwise dismissed as unnecessary.
