An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about May 20, 2015, and said appeal having been perfected, And an order of this Court having been entered on May 11, 2017 (M-2727), inter alia, granting dismissal of the aforesaid appeal unless petitioner-appellant files the full record, including minutes of 35 days of proceedings, in accordance

with this Court's orders entered July 21, 2016 (M-1994/M-1995/

M-3132/M-3133/M-3187) and October 11, 2016 (M-4660), for the September 2017 Term, and directing that the perfected appeal be maintained on the Court's calendar for the September 2017 Term,And Janet Neustaetter, Esq., attorney for the subject children, having moved for clarification of the order of this Court entered on May 11, 2017 (M-2727), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent

of dismissing the appeal unless petitioner-appellant files the entire record, in accordance with this Court's order entered

May 11, 2017 (M-1412) and the prior orders delineated therein, no later than September 15, 2017 for the November 2017 Term, to which Term the appeal is adjourned. Respondent-respondent is directed to file his brief no later than October 4, 2017 for said November 2017 Term. ENTERED: June 29, 2017
