An Article 78 proceeding having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 23, 2017, And petitioner having moved for a stay of the order revoking petitioner's liquor license, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid proceeding,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied, and the interim relief granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated June 6, 2017, is vacated.
