Separate motions by the respondent to direct the appellants to pay use and occupancy for their respective premises while their eviction is stayed pursuant to CPLR 5519(e), pending hearing and determination of appeals, by permission, from two orders of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, both dated December 15, 2015, which affirmed orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, both entered April 23, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
