Application by the petitioner-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) for a 60-day enlargement of time to serve and file a brief on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 29, 2014, December 17, 2014, and July 6, 2015, respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated October 7, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the petitioner-respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until July 17, 2017, the petitioner-respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
