DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Carlos Pena for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated May 15, 2017, and, inter alia, to stay certain proceedings in the Family Court, Richmond County, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
