Motion by Fernando A. B. for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 5, 2017, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated May 27, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated April 5, 2017, is denied as unnecessary as the order is appealable as of right (see CPLR 5701); and it is further,
ORDERED that Fernando A. B. may serve and file a notice of appeal from the order dated April 5, 2017, in accordance with CPLR 5514(a); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order and judgment dated May 27, 2016, is granted, and the time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until August 14, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
