Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 29, 2012, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 27, 2016, and to reinstate leave to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 12, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
