DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (IDV Part), dated February 1, 2017, to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 14, 2017, as stayed enforcement of stated portions of the order dated February 1, 2017, for leave to enroll the subject children in summer camp in New Jersey, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied as unnecessary; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
