On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 12, 2017, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 22, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto" and substituting therefor the words "upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto."
