| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent 139 Cortlandt Street, LLC, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 29, 2016, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record, to impose a sanction upon the appellant and for an award of costs and an attorney's fee. Application by the respondents Village of Sleepy Hollow Planning Board and Village of Sleepy Hollow pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time of the respondent 139 Cortlandt Street, LLC, to serve and file a brief and the application are granted, the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 4, 2017, and the respondents' briefs shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
