DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated April 8, 2015 (People v Cherry, 127 AD3d 879), affirming two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered June 13, 2012. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated February 8, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
